STEPS :
1.Go to Business360
2.Go to Automation
3.Click “Create Workflow from scratch”
4.Rename your work flow - instagram auto reply
5.Then Click “Add new trigger”
6.Then Search Customer Replied
7.Then click “Add Filter”
8.Search “Reply Channel”
9.Next search “Instagram DM”
10.Then Set the filters
11.Then click “Save Trigger”
12.Next Click “Action”
15.Click Tag to personalized message (optional)
16.Select Contact → Fullname (optional only if need personalization)
17.Set Message like this
18.Then “Save Action” and Click “Save” and “Publish”
