How to integrate Facebook Lead to CRM

The Facebook Lead Ads integration allows you to collect leads directly from Facebook Ads and have them automatically synced with your CRM. With this integration, you can easily capture contact information from potential customers interested in your products or services on Facebook and quickly follow up with them through your CRM. By automating the lead capture process, you can save time and improve the efficiency of your sales and marketing efforts.


STEP 1


How to integrate Facebook and Instagram account?


Follow the below mentioned steps to integrate your account


1.Go to ‘Settings’

2.Go to ‘Integrations’

3.over to ‘Facebook and Instagram’ section

STEP 2


*Create Lead Form in Facebook Ad Manager


After creating Facebook lead form and publishing the campaign, click on ‘integrations’ in Business360 and select ‘Facebook form field mapping’. The lead form created would automatically reflect under this option.


1.Go to ‘Settings’

2.Go to ‘Integrations’

3.Select ‘Facebook Form Fields Mapping.’

4.Click on ‘ Map fields ’ of the lead form you created

5. There will be 2 sections ‘Form Fields’ & ‘Business360 Field’. Please make sure the fields is select under business360 field is related to the questions under the ‘Form Field’


Eg- If ‘Full Name’ is asked under form field then you should select ‘Full Name’ under ‘Business360 field’


6. Click Save


N.B: Please note that if there is no relevant/matching field available in Business360, you can create a ‘Custom Field’. The steps are given below.


STEP 3

To add customised questions to ‘Business360 Field’


1.Go to settings - Click Custom Field - Add Field - New custom field


Choose your preferences from custom field options under.


  • Text input
  • Values
  • Choosing option

Preview will be shown in the right side.


Click ‘Next’

2. In the new window titled ‘new custom field’, fill up the title to be shown in the lead form Field name


Select the ‘Object’ of your field


Select the ‘group’ of your field


Then ‘Save’
