STEPS:


1.Go to Business360


2.Go to Settings

3.Go to Integration

4.Click Connect your Google Account and Connect Google Business profile.


5.Then Go Back


6.Go to “Reputation”

7.Click “Settings”

8.Click “Email Receive Request”

9.Click Top Right side switch is on first.


10.Here we can see your email subject, When to send email after check in, until click repeat this every.


11.Then Click “Open Email Builder”

12.Rename New Template


13.Here we can customize our review template in elements

14.Then Click “Save”

15.Go Back and Click “Reviews”


16. Then Click “Send Review Request”

17.Select your Contact and Choose Review request mode


18.Then Click “Send Review Request”

19.Here we can see Invites Status.
