Last Update há um ano

If you want to add a contact to multiple opportunities, follow these steps to learn how to allow duplicate opportunities. After that is done, there are two ways to add them: you can either add an opportunity in the individual contact's profile or use the Opportunity Trigger Action.

1. Steps to Allow Duplicate Opportunities in Settings

* Under Settings > Business Info, steer to "General"

* Check the box for "Allow Duplicate Opportunity."

2. Steps to Allow Duplicate Opportunities Using the Opportunity Trigger Action

Click into the trigger.

* Toggle on the opportunity trigger action which allows the lead to be in multiple opportunities.

* Click Save to confirm your changes.

NOTE: This will only put them into a duplicate opportunity if it is in a different pipeline that they were not previously a part of.

3. Steps to Add Opportunities in the Contact profile.

* Click on the contact profile.

* Scroll down to the left side where you see "Opportunities". Here, you can place them in however many you'd like.

How to End an Opportunity:

Depending on the situation, if an Opportunity isn't going to work out or close, you may want to delete or archive the Opportunity. There are multiple ways to do this.

a. Update Opportunity Status. You can update the Opportunity status if it isn't going to work out, to either "lost" or "abandoned".

* Click into the Opportunity and scroll to the bottom.

* Under the "Status" dropdown, change the status appropriately.

* Hit Save to update your changes.

c. Delete an Opportunity. You can do this to remove it from the list entirely.

Click into the Opportunity and scroll to the bottom.

Scroll to the bottom and click the red "Delete" button. This will completely delete the Opportunity.
